Subscribe to a MECOP E-mail List

Note: It is a Program requirement for all MECOP, CECOP, and GECOP students to be subscribed to the correct MECOP email list from the time of your application throughout the course of your involvement with the Program.

All important program notices and requirements will be sent to you through the MECOP e-mail lists. There are several lists, so it is an important responsibility for you to subscribe to the right list at the right time!

Instructions for Subscribing:

Click on one of the categories below that best describes your current status with the Program. If you have a question or are uncertain, then send an email to mecop@engr.oregonstate.edu, or phone the MECOP office at 541-737-9595.

New Applicant - You submitted a MECOP application form and you have either been accepted for an interview or else you have already been interviewed, and after the interview you did not received a letter of admittance or denial.

Waitlist Applicant - After your MECOP/CECOP interview, you received a letter or e-mail stating that you have been put on the MECOP/CECOP waiting list.

Accepted Intern - After your MECOP/CECOP interview, you received a letter or e-mail stating that you are firmly accepted into the MECOP/CECOP program.

MECOP Pre-Select - When you were in high school, you attended a MECOP interview and then received a letter stating that you were accepted into the MECOP Pre-Select program.

Denied Applicant - You received a letter or e-mail stating that you have been denied admittance to MECOP/CECOP.

Alumnus - You completed your final MECOP/CECOP internship, and completed all of your Program requirements for graduation from the MECOP/CECOP program.

To Unsubscribe - If your MECOP/CECOP status changes then you will need to unsubscribe from the old email list and subscribe to a new list as appropriate.
