Please follow these steps:

Step 1:

Your PDF application should have 3 pages, if your answers do not exceed the limitations. At this step, you may make changes on your answers in the template. Click this button again to reflect your changes. Print two copies of your PDF application before proceeding to the next step. This will be the only opportunity for you to print or save your information.


Step 2:
After finishing Step 1, click the "Submit Application to MECOP" button below to submit your application. The MECOP office will not receive your application unless you click the button below.


Step 3:
Mail or deliver two copies of the printed application, two copies of your unofficial transcripts, and one copy of the signed agreements to the MECOP office (see Application Checklist). (Note to ISQA/ISM Students: submit your application to the address listed on the "Application Instructions" page.)
